Four integrated services we're building to create a complete pathway from crisis to stability, each designed to meet specific needs with dignity and comprehensive support.

How the Programs Work Together

Participants may engage in one or more programs depending on their needs. Services are designed to work together, allowing individuals to move from stabilization to housing, recovery, and employment at an appropriate pace.

Daytime Resource and Stabilization Center

A safe space to begin rebuilding

Who It's For

Individuals experiencing homelessness who need a safe, structured environment during the day to access resources, connect with case managers, and begin building stability.

Typical Length of Engagement

Participants may use the center daily or several times per week, depending on their needs. There is no time limit—individuals are welcome as long as they are working toward stability.

What We Offer

  • Safe, climate-controlled space open during daytime hours
  • Access to showers, laundry, and personal hygiene supplies
  • Hot meals and snacks
  • Case management and referral services
  • Connection to medical care, mental health support, and legal assistance
  • Computer access for job applications, housing searches, and communication
  • Life skills workshops and peer support groups

Expected Outcomes

  • Increased access to basic needs and resources
  • Stronger connections to case managers and support services
  • Improved physical and mental health
  • Progress toward housing, employment, or other stability goals

Transitional Housing

30–180 days of stability and support

Who It's For

Individuals who are ready to leave emergency shelter but need additional time, structure, and support to address barriers and prepare for independent living.

Typical Length of Engagement

Most residents stay between 30 and 180 days, depending on their individual goals and progress. Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

What We Offer

  • Private or shared rooms in a safe, supervised residential setting
  • Three meals per day
  • On-site case management and individualized support plans
  • Life skills training (budgeting, cooking, cleaning, time management)
  • Mental health and substance use support through partner organizations
  • Housing search assistance and landlord connections
  • Transportation support for appointments, work, and errands

Medical Step-Down Recovery

Healing with dignity and support

Who It's For

Individuals who have been discharged from a hospital or medical facility but are not yet stable enough to return to shelter or independent living. This program serves those who need a quiet, supportive environment to recover.

Typical Length of Engagement

Most participants stay for 7 to 30 days, depending on their medical needs and recovery progress.

What We Offer

  • Private recovery rooms with comfortable bedding and climate control
  • Nutritious meals tailored to medical needs
  • Medication management and follow-up care coordination
  • Access to nursing support through partner organizations
  • Case management to plan next steps after recovery
  • Transportation to medical appointments

Expected Outcomes

  • Stabilization and recovery following medical procedures or illness
  • Reduced risk of hospital readmission
  • Connection to ongoing medical care
  • Transition to appropriate housing or shelter with improved health

Workforce Development and Training

Building skills and pathways to employment

Who It's For

Individuals who are ready to re-enter the workforce but need skills training, resume support, or connections to employers.

Typical Length of Engagement

Participants may engage in workforce training alongside transitional housing or stabilization services. Most participants complete training within 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the program. Job placement support continues for up to six months after employment begins.

What We Offer

  • Job readiness training (resume writing, interview skills, workplace expectations)
  • Skills training in high-demand fields (food service, retail, construction, janitorial services)
  • Certification programs through partner organizations
  • Job placement assistance and employer connections
  • Work clothing and transportation support
  • Ongoing mentorship and follow-up after job placement

Workforce Program

Real jobs, real support

Who It's For

Residents who are ready to work and need help connecting to employment, building job readiness skills, and succeeding in the workplace.

Typical Length of Engagement

Participants work with staff to choose a job track, complete short training, and secure placement. Support continues weekly for the first month and as needed beyond.

What We Offer

  • Job readiness training focused on reliability and workplace expectations
  • Three main job tracks: janitorial/cleaning, property maintenance, and food service
  • Short, hands-on training when needed
  • Job placement with local employers
  • Weekly check-ins and ongoing support after placement

  • Improved self-confidence and professional skills
  • Long-term job retention and career advancement
