Workforce Program

Neighbors Light helps people move from crisis to stability. Along with short-term housing and support, we connect residents to real jobs in the Norman area and help them succeed once hired.

How to Access the Workforce Program

Neighbors Light works by referral only. Individuals cannot apply directly to the Workforce Program and we do not accept walk-ins.

People interested in the program should talk with a case manager or partner organization.
